I cannot say enough nice things about the company, their team, and the care with which they handle our lifts…with one very important exception…communication with their customers. You cannot leave voicemails…that’s fine…so the preferred option is an email. Emails left…no/little response. Once they get this aspect of their business model sorted out they will be a five-star organization.

They are the best. Due to my location lift stays in lake next to shore and they go the extra mile to place rear of lift on supports that keep it out of water so that it does not move with ice movement.
